In-store pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free in-office or curbside pickup.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Mondays to Fridays from 7am to 3:30pm, unless otherwise posted. 

Shipping policy 

We only ship within Canada. All orders over $200 come with free standard Canada Post shipping. For all other orders, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99.  

In general, your order will reach you within 3 business days. We make every effort to process your orders as quickly as possible. Even though our team at DermEffects pick, pack, and mail your product as soon as sales come in, we rely on a shipping carrier to deliver the package on time and in good condition. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

Our goal at DermEffects is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We are happy to refund/ exchange damaged/ defective products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. We cannot accept any returns for open/ used products, customized skincare (e.g. Universkin P serum), gift cards, clearance or final sale products.
